I've been on Brenda 35 now for nearly four months, 2 weeks away from finishing my 4th packet and i thought it was getting better until i broke out and on one side of my face. I have little ones under the skin and i recently had two new cysts one on my cheek and one under my chin. (never had cysts before) its really distressing because i really had faith in it and i'm at the point of giving up and trying something like accutane. I've tried EVERYTHING you could possibly think of any NOTHING has worked! Is there anyone out there who has had a similar experience and can give me positive feedback. Because i'm at breaking point and i can't deal with acne anymore. I've just had enough. You would think at 21 you would be over the hormonal stages. Apparently not.
Any positive feedback would be greatly appreciated. 
I'm in the same boat. Had acne since year 7 - I've always had it on face but is the worst on my chest and shoulders. Was on a med that contained doxycycline (antibiotic) for 12 months and that did nothing. had a break for awhile then was on brenda 35 ED for 3 cycles which made it worse. Now I've stopped and going to doctors next week. I was prescribed Diane but pharmacy gave me brenda saying it was the same thing. I don't know but it is really annoying. I feel heaps self-conscious wearing anything revealing, it's terrible. This post is old so if you have any good news, reply back!
