For anyone interested...

And for the record: I am 22, female. Have PCOS (Polycysitc Ovary Syndrome). Have battled acne for 6 years.

My diet: (Breakfast)

Omelett with 3-4 eggs

Mixed with: Tomatoes, spinach, bell pepper.

Cooked using: Organic Coconut Oil

Sometimes (cause I don't want to lose weight): Toast with sesame seed butter.

Shot glass of water kefir

Supplements: Saw Palmetto, Cod liver oil, Milk Thistle

Snack:

Almonds OR Blueberries OR Celery

Lunch:

Chick Pea soup with green onions and garlic

OR

Subway Veggie/Turkey sandwich (6in on honey oat)

With mostly all veggies and the bulk of the bread removed

Supplement: Cinnamon capsule

Dinner:

Salad with chicken, avacado, radishes

Apple and Carrot Smoothie

Supplement: Milk Thistle, Cod liver oil, Saw Palmetto, Zinc 25mg

I always drink water a half hour to an hour after meals

Never with the meal (unless to take supplements)

I do this so that my body will absorb all the nutrients.

I drink water consistently in between meals.

This diet isn't strict! I change it up sometimes

but try to stay healthy

Skin Care Regimen:

Morning:

(On days when I wear no makeup)

Wash my face with African Black Soap

Moisturize with Jojoba Oil

(When i do wear makeup)

Eclos Plant Stem Cell face wash

Simple's Light Moisturizer

Night:

African Black Soap

Jojoba Oil

Sometimes I will rub aloe vera all over and let it stay on my face all night

OR

I dab a mixture of honey and cinnamon on any bumps

Masks: (Whenever I feel like it)

Yogurt and Cinnamon and Lemon (few drops)

I just ordered a multivitamin called Clearetto which consists of most of the vitamins I already take in one pill!

Also cause I'm traveling in a week, so it will be lot more convenient than packing a bunch of pill bottles! :)

Hope it helps!

Has anyone reading taken Clearetto?

So far I've been I've been on this exact regime for about 4 days.

I will post updates, if anything changes, or it stops working.

Thanks! :)

Too much cod liver oil can have the opposite effect. Whole grains like oatmeal, brown rice, teff should be fine. You can substitute egg whites instead of the eggs. Also increase ur vitamin A/zinc intake from natural sources like sweet potatoes, pumpkin seed oil etc.
