I just ordered a multivitamin called Clearetto which consists of most of the vitamins I already take in one pill!
Also cause I'm traveling in a week, so it will be lot more convenient than packing a bunch of pill bottles!
Hope it helps!
Has anyone reading taken Clearetto?
So far I've been I've been on this exact regime for about 4 days.
I will post updates, if anything changes, or it stops working.
Thanks!
Too much cod liver oil can have the opposite effect. Whole grains like oatmeal, brown rice, teff should be fine. You can substitute egg whites instead of the eggs. Also increase ur vitamin A/zinc intake from natural sources like sweet potatoes, pumpkin seed oil etc.
thanks for responding!
How much cod liver oil would you recommend?
it doesnt specify on the bottle, and everywhere that ive searched gives different opinions :/
