Hello forum, Im a teenager male, I've been on the regimen for 1 week so far. All was going well, but two days my face just went all red (probably because of BP). I have paused on the regimen till my skin goes back to normal. My skin has been itchy no my face and dry, it also hurts when I yawn or eat. How can I treat this asap? i have had to miss a day of school cause of this. Also, when shall I start doing the regimen again? And how may I Avoid this in the future? Thanks

First give your skin a break from the BP and only spot treat when neccesary. You don't want to over dry your face or you'll cause more breakouts and irritation. A fantastic product for irritated acne prone skin is SkinCeuticals phyto corrective gel, although it is a bit pricey (somewhere around $65 dollars). Another cheaper option is Eucerin intensive lotion with 10% urea. Urea is a fantastic ingredient for skin. If you feel like everything breaks you out and you have sensitive skin then SebaMed sebamed clear face gel is a great option. I hope it gets better!
