Hi, after years of acne and the emotional stress that goes with it I've managed to clear it but have a new problem now which I'm thinking is seboreic dermatitis but now I'm not sure. I have redness down both nasal folds and under my eyes which is spreading. I have absolutely no flaking and my scalp is totally fine. Been to the gp a few times but not been any help. Has anybody any ideas or advice?

Thank you for your help. I actually tried a thin layer of Vaseline the last few nights and the redness is almost away about 90% maybe?? Will try the Nizerol if this doesn't hold out!
Ps anti fungals and steroid creams seem to had zero effect.
How often do you wash your face with nizoral?
Yeah I read a bit about it and it seems to be effective.
I am still currently using Vaseline on on my face at nighttime and redness is all but cleared up. Maybe still 5-10%. Any idea why this would be? I did read about this online.
If this fails on me I will try the nizoral.
