my derm said this was Rosacea... I only have it on my forehead, my face is pretty much clear, the odd pimple on my chin from time to time. But this keeps appearing on my forehead. He prescribed metrolgel % but it hasn't even done anything.. I have used cetaphil to try and clean my skin.. My skin is super dry usually or oily... Does anyone think this isn't Rosacea? It almost feels like a rash to me, but i have no idea.. Thoughts?

Hi Miller,
To me, this looks like Acne or Seborrheic dermatitis. Not sure.

But then, I'm not trained as a derm but have had oily skin in the past,
Rosacea and Seb dermatitis as an adult. Never had PERFECT SKIN, it's
so elusive!

Typically rosacea does not include whiteheads/typical acne but you can have both conditions. So it's hard to say, but this looks more like acne to me. You could have underlying rosacea but the bumps don't look like rosacea.
