Swollen nose and blackheads - Rosacea?

I'm a bit unsure where to post this, so I apologize if this is the wrong subforum.

I have been dealing with a swollen nose, redness, blackheads and oily skin for some time now. To be honest I am not sure if my condition even is rosacea. I have been prescribed some antibiotics and different creams/gels, but they have mostly worked by stopping the redness - not the swelling or oily skin. What I'm mostly concerned about is the swelling on my nose. I don't feel any pain and never really have had any pain regarding the condition. My nose is not itchy either.

If somebody have any good advice I would really appreciate it. I have attached some pictures to show the current condition.

Right now I am using Mirvaso gel, but it's not exactly super effective...

Thanks in advance!

Could be an internal cyst deep inside under the dermis. I suggest moisturizing your nose... skin tends to be oily because it's dry and overcompensating its protective abilities by releasing more oil than normal.

Thanks for your input! :) When you say moisturizing my nose, what do you mean exactly? Should I use a moisturizing creme of some sort?
