If your face is red, get Vbeam. I took accutane almost 10 years ago and afterwards my face was always super red in the cheeck area. After dealing with it for about a year, I consulted a derm and was recommended VBeam. It was 5 treatments and about $200 a session, but it got rid of all of the redness.

Wow, thanks for sharing your success! Any other improvements that you noticed? I have redness from little tiny veins that I HATE. I might look into vbeam. Thanks!

It is alot, but it was totally worth it. Fraxel laser cost $1000 for a full face session. Craaaazy.

Anyways, as far as VBeam, it's pretty painless. I think I had sessions every 2-3 weeks or so. Helps get rid of redmarks left from acne and gets your skintone back to looking like normal. I tried everything to get rid of the redness from natural remedies to finacea. VBeam is the way to go.

Not too bad.

Mine is $400 for both cheeks for the VBeam laser.

ive had V-beam it cost a bit less than 100- for a red mark on my forhead (had all my life)- they said something about a cluster of cells or whatever. Went away- but whenever you get anything done by the v-beam- seriously wear SPF everyday post procedure because your marks will come back if you dont do that.

I've never heard of V Beam, does it help with pitted scarring as well? These are my scars

I had Vbeam earlier this year for my rosacea (diagnosed in 2008) as I was sick of my cheeks flushing bright red and it started to spread down my neck, I also had quite a few broken veins around the nose which I really hated, I payed 400 for both cheeks and my nose then again after six weeks had the same procedure, my broken veins around my nose completely disappeared after the first treatment but had my nose done again the second time round just to make sure.

The redness on my cheeks was reduced by about 75% and the veins around my nose 100% but now its been nine months and the symptoms are starting to reappear especially the veins around my nose, I contacted the clinic where I had the procedure and was told that I needed maintenance Vbeam treatment once or twice a year to be rosacea free. So now its going to cost me 400 - 800 per year to keep my red face at bay, not a very good outcome especially as the rosasea can come back worse after having laser treatment.
