My skin looks really ruddy from the sun. I remember when I used sun screen my skin looked even and tone. Sun screen is the way to go for rosacea right?

Sunscreen is necessary to protect the skin from the sun rays that cause sun burns and redness.

yes, yes, yes, absolutely! I have rosacea and regular use of sunscreen helps immensely. I used to be a sun seeker and now I'm a proud shade seeker. I'm not saying you have to be a vampire! but, sun is definitely not good for rosacea. you don't want it to get worse! use that sunscreen!

I always wear a SPF 15 sunscreen and a HAT.

No amount of sunscreen protects better than an actual shade.
