I've had this for about maybe 4-5? months now. At first I thought it was acne but now i'm thinking its some-type of rash. Maybe you guys can help? Also, since it's been there for so long is it a rash or a skin condition/disease.

Derm. The longer you wait the longer treatment will take.
When you first got it, did it all come at once ? Is it itchy? Can the pustules burst open? And are they the same pustules that orginially started ?
They are crazy itchy. They don't burst open. I cant remember.
Yes, go to a derm. That may be a folliculitis, like Pityrosporum folliculitis. There are several diseases look like acne -- if you're trying anti-acne products and they aren't working, then it may not be acne at all.

Can make the conditions worsen of they are not acne. Apple cidar vinegar. I swear by it. It helps with so many different skin problems. Make an apt with a derm or doc and maybe try a patch test of apple cidar vinegar. (organic from Braggs )
Acne can look pretty much different on anyone's face, so that could be acne.
Some of my deep acne looks like whatever is on your face, and my scars look like yours too..
so some could be painful nodules under your skin.
I noticed that All-in-1 Acne control by Neutrogena works wonders for my cysts/nodules and my acne in general.
