Does benzoyl peroxide bleach or degrade plastic glasses?

Hi Everyone,

For people who wear glasses have you found that the Regimen (specifically, the benzoyl peroxide) causes the plastic in your glasses to look bad or change color over time?

I just got some new plastic glasses from Warby Parker and I'm trying to determine the risk of wearing them after doing the Regimin.

EDIT: I'm specifically wondering about the type of glasses where the plastic frame sits right on your note (not the kind with the two little pads connected to a metal frame).

Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I haven't personally experienced this, but I don't see why not - the stuff is powerful! It bleaches pillowcases and towels; I don't see why it couldn't do the same to something that sits on your face for an extended period of time.

Thanks @klessard !That's what I'm thinking too... unless someone knows otherwise, I think I should play it safe and avoid wearing my glasses at night when I do the Treatment. I don't usually use benzoyl peroxide in the morning anyway. I appreciate your response!
