I use Image skincare which my dermatologist recommended after years of trying everything prescription, medical, pharmacy bought etc. I use their pH balancer cleanser in the morning (good for dryness, skin condition and redness) and the salicylic acid cleanser in the evening, which isn't as harsh as it sounds. I find them really effective at brightening the skin and controlling and working on acne deep down personally. They are expensive however but last a long time and I personally found the effects were very quickly noticeable.
I don't have good experiences with off the counter products like clean & clear etc...I find them very harsh and ineffective on my skin. There are slightly more expensive brands like La roche posay or along those lines. These can be good if used correctly. If you are trying new products maybe get some guidance beforehand. Good luck
