I'm 23 days on Dan's regimine and been staying away from foundation. I need to wear makeup tonight. I put on the regimine this morning. Do i wash it off before I apply make-up tonight?

yes, wash it off and apply only moisturizer, i dont recommend wearing bp under foundation, it will make it flake even more (your skin still might flake just because its dehydrated). you could also do a moisturizing face mask

Yeah, he's right. You have to apply only moisturizer. In this case everything expect flake skin will be hardly noticeable.
