My face is very very shiny (it's actually not really greasy, the skin is just shiny). I moisturize very often so it's not from dry skin. I'm looking for a mattifier (not a powder) that will last ALL DAY and that will not create more ance because my skin is very sensitive. Also preferably not too expensive.

Would a mattifying primer work? I don't wear makeup so I wouldn't be putting anything on top of it.

I have oily, acne prone skin so I can relate. I really like using the make up for ever mattifying primer, becca ever matte shine proof primer for high end choices and for cheap choices I would recommend the rimmel stay matte primer or nyx shine killer.
