Hi everyone! It's my first post and I need your advices.
I've never used any cosmetics before, besides sun protection. Every product I've tried on, never seemed to be matching with my skin tone. Even though I chose the lightest one, they have always been darker than my face.
I am really not happy with the red spots and marks, I want to cover them up. I would really appreciate if you guys could suggest me some BB creams, CC creams, foundations or powder foundations with lighter pigments. Anything will work.
Thank you!

Do you know what undertone you have? You might be able to find a pale foundation at the drugstore. Maybelline Fit Me and Loreal Tru Match are some pretty good foundations, but I can't recall their shades....I'm a light-medium brown with yellow undertones myself, so I never bothered checking the lighter colors. Revlon Colorstay is one many people swear by, it was good back when I used it, but it can be hard to match sometimes. If you're willing to splurge on some high end foundations, Make Up For Ever HD foundation is good. I also think Urban Decay and Illamasqua has foundations with good colors for those with pale skin. Personally, I use the Maybelline Fit Me foundation and MAC pro longwear concealer on days I want a lighter coverage, and use Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation on days that I want full coverage.

I've started to hate bb creams because they're always the wrong color or too greasy etc, and they never have good enough coverage. The closest one I came to liking was L'egere Multi white bb cream, but it was too pale for me. I highly recommend AGAINST the Missha BB cream...you hear rave reviews but it was so greasy and it broke me out.

Foundation and concealer have always worked better so I just stuck with it. I hope you're able to find something that works out for you. Good luck!
