Hi,

I have really bad peeling skin on my nose and forehead.
Its at its worst after I wash my face.
I moisturize with jojoba oil just to cover it up.
I have to use tweezers to take off really big flakes/peeling.

Then throughout the day I'm blotting my nose every 5/6 hours because it gets really shiny/greasy.
But then underneath all the shine, I'm left with the peeling skin from before.
I literally can't touch my nose or even smile/open my jaw as the skin will basically crack with lots of flakiness.

I think my skin might be dehydrated from using too much anti-acne cleansers.
I only get the odd bit of acne, but I'm so ocd about not getting it as when I do its painful, red, under the skin kind of cystic on my nose.

How can I get rid of the peeling/flaky skin whilst preventing acne from occurring?
Best cleansers, exfoliaters and moisturizers are best to use?
I hear anything with SLS is a non-no, so sulphate free cleansers?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Use a  salicylic acid moisturizer or a glycolic one which ever suits you most. :)
