Hey everyone! I'm new to the forum. I signed up hoping some of you could point me toward a few products I can try out.

I'm a 21 year old male. I used to have pretty bad bacne, as well as some on my face. Almost a year ago I started on Accutane, did 3 months of it, and got off of it. I was supposed to be on it for 6 months but I cleared up so quickly (within a month) that I decided to just call it quits as I hated the side-effects. Since then my skin has reverted back to what I would consider close to normal. I shower every two days and don't get overly oily skin or hair anymore. My back and face have stayed almost 100% clear, YAY!

My only continuous problem area is my scalp, and I am almost positive it is because of the styling products I use. I have tried going off of it for short periods, and my acne does get better. Problem is, I would really like to use it! I have a medium-length fade on the sides with slightly longer hair on top, and I generally use a styling paste to keep the top in check. I like a "high-hold" or as much as I can get before it gets hard or shiny.

Does anyone have experience with some styling paste or whatever else, that I should check out?
