Makeup Help - Cystic Acne

I have been battling cystic acne for over 10 years. I am now adjusting my diet to see if the problem is due to dairy or grains. I have also started using Bioelements and Mario Badescu products. While I try not to wear makeup as much as possible (when at home), I'm looking for something to wear in public that has good coverage, and preferably natural ingredients...although it's not a deal breaker. I just want something that's not terrible for my skin. Any advice? Any makeup to steer clear of? Any makeup or cystic acne treatment success stories?

You should adjust your diet to first test for intolerances. But even if you notice no difference from removing grains and dairy, you should limit them. And sugar and refined carbs. Don't drink sugar.

That said, I believe cystic/modular acne tends to be caused by a food intolerance and it could be to anything. I get cysts when I eat most citrus fruits.
