after accutane i saw no point to cover my skin (because i was so happy with it finally) but i had just one post acne scar left over that i decided i would cover. at first i just used my foundation and just spot concealed that one spot- but it never looked right compared to my skin because the makeup would make it lighter than the rest. Like 2 months ago i just bought bare minerals- and also bought a small sinthetic bruth (because im allergic to the bare minerals brushes which are made of horse hair) and i just spot cover that post acne mark and its been wonderful.
Personally, I would recommend trying MAC Pro Longwear Concealer!
Worked magic when I had a horrible acne breakout this time last year and ever since I cannot apart with it! It is very light (not heavy), it isn't runny which means that it will last all day and there are tons of shades to choose from (from very pale skin to darker tones). Also, I would recommend using a primer as it protects your pores and they don't get clogged. Clinique Redness Solutions primer base is perfect as it has a green tint to it and it covers up all the redness (hides blemishes too). I found that this 'routine' really worked for me and I stuck to it ever since, even now when my skin in *touch wood* so, so much better! Hope it helps!
i would go with dermablend smooth indulgence concealer. it covers the best out of anything i have ever used (besides their intense powder camo foundation) and it is non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic so it wont break you out. it lasts a very long time too. you can mix it with your moisturizer if you dont want as much coverage and it has spf 20 in it.
