I happen to have found a website called Microskin-simulated second skin while on a search engine. They are located in Australia. I was looking at some of the before/afters and they are quite a wonderful transformation. Although in the past I have seen "incredible" before/after for dermablend, covermark, coverblend, judith august cosmetics, colortration, apres makeup. 
Definantly never worked for me lol. I am always wary of before/after until i try it for myself. Strangely enough this site looks promising.
They say this makeup is for Vitiligo ,Birthmarks ,Scarring ,Psoriasis ,Rosacea ,Lupus ,Keloid Scarring ,Eczema ,Sun sensitive skin conditions ,Skin trauma ,Surgical and skin graft scarring ,Tattoos ,Acne damage ,Broken veins and capillaries ,and Other skin related conditions.
They also match your skin and the makeup for you. haha I'd like to see them match mine..casper pale.
Makes me wish I lived in Australia to just try it out and see for myself. They do say it's a wonderful trip. lol..hmm future vacation. 
I just checked the website out just because for once someone in US could understand how hard it is when websites don't ship to you, or ship to you more expensive 
I do live in Australia, but not where the company is, and I think the product would be a little too much just to cover up my red marks...
Maybe if you e-mail them, they could get the product to you anyway?

I checked out the website too...it does sound promising. The only problemo I see is.. you DO have to travel to Australia to get it..no shipping 
kinda strange...perhaps, its due to the color matching.

This product does look amazing, but it looks like it is much more serious than makeup. It is likely to be expensive. It just looks like it is for really serious skin conditions. Not that I am not saying acne is serious, it varies so much from person to person.
I imagine this would be a great product for people on accutane and other light sensitive medications, especially if they live in sunny climates.
Good luck, tell us if anyone tries it.
