Some people cure the bacterial acne in the face using the clindamycin gel or the clearasil cream. The pimples after curedalways appear again after eat carnivore diet, fats, oil, sugar. So is necessary use the gel or the cream again. Do you think is ok to useclindamycin gel or the clearasil cream forever for all entire life always when the pimples appear again? They works for you?

Absolutely not. Clindamycin is an antibiotic, with time, bacteria will develop resistance to it and it will becomeineffective. It would be better if you could identify underlying cause of your acne (SIBO/SIFO, hormones, deficiencies, low stomach acid etc) and address it, after that acne will go away.
