I started getting acne on my forehead 4 months ago and now it's just getting worse. I honestly don't know what to do. I'm a 25 year old male. Please help!!! I currently use clean and clear cleanser and started using a spot treatment and just use aloe as a moisturizer. Never had forehead acne in my life before.

Those are closed comedones on your forehead. You need to use products that are non comedogenic. Like Cerve SA cleanser.

It could also be fungal acne. You should use sulfur on it if so. Benzoyl peroxide or head and shoulder shampoo.

Since it is based on one part of your face, I think you are probably reacting to a food you are eating

Best thing for sudden acne that I have found is honey. Specifically, get a medical grade honey like Manuka honey and mix with cinnamon. 3 parts honey to 1 part cinnamon. Apply to your face daily and keep on for 15 minutes and rinse off. Works amazingly to get rid of acne and keep your skin clear.
