I™m a 33 year old female, been suffering with this now for 2 years, mostly small red spots around my jawline neck mouth and lower cheek area, can get white heads and some cystic maybe? 
Nothing I have tried rids it nothing dr has tried rids it.

It looks hormonal.. my Derm told me that acne along the jawline and chin after teenage years tells you that its a hormonal issue. Usually birth control helps with this type!

If you're open to trying the birth control pill, that helped a lot for me. What acne products/treatments have you used? Have you used Proactiv or Rodan and Fields Unblemish?
