Hello. I use the regimen and it has worked pretty well for me. But lately I've been having trouble.

I eat pretty clean, don't drink coffe or eat chocolate. Multi vitamins break me out and so does red wine. Carmel colored sodas - which have cocao - also break me out. And so does coffee.

Anyway. Does anyone have a strategy for the kind of acne in this picture? It is the kind with almost no puss. Just a oil and a little blood.
