Okay so for the past year or so I've been randomly getting outbreaks of what I first thought was whiteheads. Then, I thought it was some sort of allergic reaction. Now I think it might be folliculitis or milia. They randomly pop up ( hundreds of them) all over my face. They  cause me a lot of distress and I don't know how to treat it because I don't even know what I have. They're tiny white bumps all some of them turn into just a red spot when I exfoliate. I don't have cystic acne only the occasional pimple and now this weird skin condition. Can anyone tell me what this is? I'm going to go to a dermatologist as soon as I can but for now please help !!

But they could be aggravated still by your regimes, saying you eat healthy for instance,so you eat chicken twice weekly, chickens healthy right?well what if chicken is triggering your slin problem?so its bad.

you need to start tweaking your regime to adjust your skin to normality.also same gos with creams,i was using a moisturiser and thought it was right for me.for a month everything was great then all of a sudden i started bursting out with pustules on my nasal area, then my nose got red, rosacea!

i notice you got red skin, means your using skin products?

also i wouldnt suggest exfoliating all the time,it can actualy make your condition worse.

find out what it is that is aggravating your skin and good luck.

I've been using cerave cleanser and moisturizers for years so I'm not sure what's another good cleanser/moisturizer for my skin ? Any recommendations? Something gentle that won't break the bank

Also could I go on accutane for this ? I've been on atleast 4 different types of oral antibiotics and all sorts of prescription creams and I'm still dealing with this? Is it worth mentioning to my dermatologist?

You need to start with a blank canvas, rather than having irregular eating patterns and food types you need to set a diet for every day, keeping it the same/ish every day.

same with medications, dont even take oral if it isnt working your just wasting time pr making it worse.keep your skin topicals at just one type.

dont use soap, just warm clean water and pat with dry clean towel each time.

see where i am getting?simple easy regime with a few pints of water daily.

then after a couple weeks if your symptons clear you know what you do works.you can add bew things watching your skin.

if you keep your life, diet and hygene simple you can also tell what might be suspect in aggravating your skin.

trust me,with skin like yours you cant eat burger, fries, sweet stuff etc.

if you are eating and doing wrong things your skin could/will suffer.

raw eating cures any skin disease! start eating more fruits and vegetables!
drink herbal teas daily, they heal and prevent acne (avoid taking with other drugs)
honeybrush, milk thistle, red raspberry leaf, nettle, burdock
drink 30 min before meal for better results, avoid taking with other drugs
wash face with raw honey in the morning, always finish with cold water
add probiotics! drink buttermilk/kefir daily, heals gut flora and improves skin
