Hi all
I've had mild-moderate cystic acne for several years. This usually presents as 2-5 cysts around my chin and eyebrows. They come and go. I've had swollen glands in my face and neck for some time (about 6 months) the one in my chin comes and goes. The GP put this down to my acne but this hasn't cleared, even when I only have minimal breakouts. Blood tests were all normal so was referred to ENT. They said it is most likely dermatopathic Lymphadenitis. Has anyone else been diagnosed with this? My acne isn't that bad but the cysts can be very painful. Can't find much on the internet about this. Just wondering about anyone else's experiences and whether this was resolved by anything? Got a dermatology appointment finally in a week.
Many thanks
Nat
