Hey all I haven't posted in a while I started doing laser genesis for scaring but I am still currently breaking out I just hope it's because time of the month is coming soon urgh , I hope my second round of laser genesis I will see somewhat of an improvement less redness maybe I will feel like I don't have much zits on my face the red dots and scaring is horrible makes it look like u are covered in zits anyways I have zits on my chest now too and back I find it's getting worse too on my body I am using neutrogena body wash but I find it doesn't do anything I heard head and shoulders helps body acne ? Is this true anyone else out there try this ? I also heard sun will help body acne ? Anyways I just wish this shit hold go away I'm 32 enable seen three dermatologists tried many creams taken minocycline nothing this sux just wanna enjoy summer not stressing over body acne and face acne I won't take accurate either it's a harsh drug and more likely make acne worse and will come back in the future plus I want to have a baby I don't wanna put that in danger or at risk or anything

let me know if anyone has tried other things for body acne can dr preacribe body wash proper for this that will work ?

My doctor recommended me NOT to take large amounts of B5, it works for some ppl but for others does more harm to body than anything.

i am going to try the head and shoulders for body acne ive heard great reviews of people who tried it, why not give it a try.

Avoid scrubs, brushes and exfoliating sponges, they'll spread zits all over body!
drink herbal teas daily
honeybrush, milk thistle, nettle, red raspberry leaves, burdock, mint
avoid using them with other drugs
organic dairy and meat makes huge difference
eat complex carbs and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables
take probiotics or drink buttermilk/kefir daily
take vitamins especially made for skin
