Make sure that they are blackheads and not sebaceous filaments, which appear as brown/dark pores, but are literally just sebum, If you squeeze these out, they will reappear within a few hours, as they're just oil. Blackheads, are bigger and are black. To remove these, just steam your face or have a warm shower, to allow the pores to expand, and then pinch the pore slightly, with a little bit of pressure the blackhead should come out of the pore.

I have had good luck with baking soda paste! I also use an electric face brush a few times a week and that seems to have had a beneficial effect on the size of my pores and reduction of blackheads on my nose.

Or it could be the wrong cleanser. I hardly ever get blackheads, but a few weeks back I tried switching to gentler cleanser and my whole face became filled with them. It took several weeks of using my usual cleanser and using a glycolic acid product every 3 or 4 days to gradually purge the suckers out.
