me and my daughter ate a packet mix in, instant/granular just add boiling water sauce of bolognese by mistake,look at the outcome below,2 x huge cystic spots starting to grow,should be monsters by tuesday,but notice the rest of our faces are perfectly healthy (except my aged face ),we only ever get them if we eat/drink  instant/granular just add boiling water products containing such chemicals as listed below and more,I discovered this at the age of 25 after suffering week in week out from the age of 15,so saved myself and now my daughter for 32 years as I am now 57,but can still get caught out as can see.
Now I am not offering false hope to acne suffers as there are many different causes for acne and different types of acne but if you 
maybe recognise yourself in the photos ie huge spot or spots while the rest of your face is healthy,maybe just maybe you have the same condition as me and my daughter, feel free to message me and my daughter,
