Hi,

I'm a 30 year old male from the UK. I suffered from acne as a teenager however as I've got older this became less of a problem. Unfortunately from my early 20s onwards I did suffer from large lumps appearing on my face. These tended to last a long time and have left scars.

This has been kept under control for several years using a combination of differin in the morning and duac in the evening and if there are any breakouts using antibiotics when required.

Recently however I've had another few lumps appear on my face, probably a cyst or a nodule, photo attached of the larger one.

My question is what can I do to help clear this up. I was intending to keep doing what I've done before keep applying the topicals and upping the antibiotics however this is a slow process and has left scars in the past.

Any help appreciated.
