This is one of THE craziest things I have ever been confronted with in my life.
And I am not throwing this out there lightly.
I frequented this board close to 8-10 years ago in the attempts to try and unravel the mysteries of acne.
We can land men on the moon with precision, decode DNA and clone, within a hairs breath of AI and discovering over unity energy devices.
BUT...acne?...still a mystery wrapped in an enigma for the most part.
Have tried everything, not even going to get into it...it's ridiculous.
Now, not even sure how I came across this "no fapping" or what ever trendy names there are for not ejaculating in the attempts to reduce or prevent acne...but I did.
There were enough individuals touting the positive effects that I thought "hey, why not".
I was aware of other potential benefits of "Mastering my Domain" that I was game.
My typical acne is pretty much I ALWAYS have 1-3 deeper pimples on my face at any time maybe making it 2-4 days without any new ones growing, blackheads on nose, always, and waking up daily to 1-3 white heads or if I'm really lucky I can get home at the end of the day to find 1-2 white heads that I could lovingly share with others I had been talking to throughout the day unbeknownst to me...oh joy.
Well, by day 3 the confusion started to set in.
Hmm, don't have the usual white heads that I wake up to pretty much every facking day in the crease of my nose. And no other new ones...just a few that had already began growing looking to finally be coming to a head.
Day 4...more confused.
Day 5...really confused.
Day 6...in denial.
Day 7...How is this possible?
Day 8-14...If it's too good to be true...is it?
Now it's been two weeks.
Emotions are a mix of disbelief, anger, confusion, excitement, and now even bordering on possibility.
What the fack is this all about?
It's retarded.
I mean, it's awesome, but retarded, lol
Life is hilarious.
I'm 40 years old and married and only finding out about this now?
I'm aware this practice has no effect on some people, I don't give a crap about them.
Every individual suffering from acne deserves a chance to at least try this for themselves to see.
This has easily improved my acne condition by 80%.
Not sure how I'm going to move forward long term with this, not ever orgasming/ejaculating doesn't sound feasible or practical to me.
Guess it will continue to be a matter of finding a balance.
Although apparently you can learn to orgasm without ejaculation according to some Kama sutra material...hmmm. 
This is still crazy to me.

Day 15 and still kicking ass.
Even ate some candy and potato chips last night just to "push" the envelope...it's how I role. 
Skin hasn't looked this good for this long since...I can't even remember.
This is sooooooo facked.
Just wanted to share my thoughts on what might be happening.
I had remembered that there were actually scientific studies done that found women receive positive physical and emotional benefits when semen was absorbed by their bodies in one way or another....google it.
So I had to wonder if it is not the "ejaculating" and all of the hormones caused by ejaculating that cause acne,...rather it is the loss of positive benefits that having our own semen be constantly "re-absorbed" back into our own bodies that are actually more of a healing benefit that some how increases our immunity or health in some way that reduces acne.
And low and behold after looking into it...makes a lot of sense...to me anyway.
It's worth learning about.
So many positive chemicals in our seed boys.
Definitely going to learn about this orgasming without ejaculating.
There are definitely others that have learned to do this so why not me.
My confidence is literally through the roof.
Strong as fack at the gym.
Tough to really describe the sense of well being I'm experiencing.
Way more social.
The urge to ejaculate happens less although when it does come it can be quite strong...but I have experienced enough positive benefits personally and read of all the many benefits of "continence" that I won't waste my vitality until I have one hell of a reason to do so than just wanting to experience a quick spasmodic funky chicken.
Also played with my wife last night in bed, taking care of her needs and bringing myself close, but stopping before jumping off the cliff.
And skin is still kickin ass today so all this talk about not wanting to get aroused does not affect me...phew!
Which makes me believe even more that it is the positive benefits of retention, rather than any side effects of release that cause acne...for me at least.

Wish I would have known this 25 years ago.
If any of you younger guys are reading this...master your domain...the earlier the better.
Has the potential to charge your life in a powerful way.
This is becoming more than just reducing acne for me now...although it is one hell of a benefit.
And yes...this is still fackin crazy to me....CRAZY!

How old are you, what kind of acne do you have and has anything ever even "kind" of worked for you?
I would also add that it would make sense to me that if you don't start seeing results by day 7 then there is a good chance continence isn't going to be the answer imo.
It most probably is a different process in different bodies. Meaning, some people can ejaculate and all is good. Others will ejaculate (through self-play or not) and get acne 1 day or 2 days afterwards.
I've tested this on myself. I'm 28. Have had worse acne 10, 6 years ago. Now I have acne scars on my back.
I still have some lots of acne on the back of my head, right where the hair starts/stops.
And I get acne around my lip area, chin and mouth when I ejaculate. Period. Through masturbation or not.
I've tested this for years now. I've stayed at least a month without ejaculating (nowadays its mostly sex, not masturbation..) and no spots near my lip area. And when I do ejaculate through sex or masturbation... I get a spot either on the back of my head (which is big and painful) or around chin/lips.
It is no myth. People get it confused because it doesnt happen with everyone. But like I said at the start of this post, each body is a different case.
That is the only explanation. It should be a mix of diet, lifestyle and maybe even deeper. Who knows. But one thing is certain ...
