I been lately breaking out like crazy I don't know if it was a Plan B pill I took a couple weeks ago because even my period changed, i'm getting 2 menstruals a month. What can it Be, I have light acne I get pimples before a period or something.
Now I have acne all over, i been using apple cider vinegar, i hope it doesnt cause scarring. And witch hazel
I exfoliate with st. Ives, sometimes apply coco butter oil.
What can I do to speed this process and is there a possibility it will scar.
It was peeling a little it was bothering me and i peeled it off it wasnt big pimples they were small only one was bigger then the rest
On March 13th I broke out of nowhere too. I think it's because I changed makups. However, I went on acne.org and it is really helping. Almost all the acne went away except for 3 that turned into cysts. I suggest trying the regimen. I am going to have to get the cysts injected and I hope that will be the end of it. But I'm going to continue on the regimen. I use the Neutrogena 2.5 percent little tube of BP. I find it works better then the acne.org BP but it really dries out your skin! beware! The Acne.org BP doesn't do this, but when I switched it seemed like my acne was coming back. By the way BP works really well on "regular" pimples. But the cysts it isn't seeming to work. I think they are too deep.
I also use the glycolic acid lotion every 3 days overnight and the lotion when I think my skin looks too peely. Hope this helps! It's tough to break out as an adult I think.
