Im 26 a have been battling moderate acne for 3 years. Through college and highschool when my life was more "unhealthy" my face was clear! Does anyone have small bumps all over their forehead like this?? if so--what helped? I typically dont have large pimples, just a million small bumps like this pic. I'm very active and eat healthy (dont eat dairy.) I dont understand where these are coming from?? Is it something external?

I had this exact problem for about 6 months, it was terrible my forehead felt like sand paper and was so so bumpy!

The cure .... Clinique Toner (number 3 to be exact) the reason it works is because it has salycic acid in it, I used this and after a week they had all disappeared and my forehead was clear and smooth again...a year after using this toner I can confirm my forehead is still as clear as ever :)

Yeah, that actually looks like Keratosis Pilaris, but not the right place for it (typically occurs on cheeks if on the face). I agree with the poster above, something with SA might help.
