I have skin colored bumps, that came out of nowhere, on chin that have been here for 2 1/2 months with no signs of going away. I cant find anything online that looks similar. Can anybody identify what this is? A couple of the bumps are red because I scratched the top off trying to see if it would pop or reveal a hair.post-378247-0-23132200-1392950880_thumb.

Hi. They look like sebaceous hyperplasia. Go see your MD. If they are SH, they can be removed with an electrocautery unit. Not too painful.
