Have you tried this yourself? How does it work?

I have to consume a lot of food because I am a weightlifter, I know my digestive system does not function properly as I am usually constipated, my farts stink and I fart regulary.

Any other probiotics you reccomend?

I just seen the price of them.....they are basically costing over 1.00 per capsule.....is there anything that isn't so expensive??

Try yogurt, no need to buy the overpriced stuff (you know the commercials with retired actresses talking about their tummies). Most yogurt has active and live cultures in it that are the same as the expensive ones. For example, I eat Yoplait a couple of times a day, which has at least one common good bacteria our stomachs need. Now, it doesn't make rainbows and butterflies come out the rear but it's healthy for your body and your GI. And, most of them are gluten free, which is easier to digest if you can handle the dairy piece.

Perhaps you should look at an elimination diet, sounds like you have a lot of issues going on at once...

Drink a little ACV/lemon water before meals. Regularly have fruits specially pineapple and papaya. Also cut down on fatty food, redmeat and alcohol.

I agree --- eat yogurt. To speed things up get a refrigerated probiotic from the health food store. Staff can help you find the best one for your situation. Review your diet. Try eating very simply for awhile. Avoid alcohol and dairy products. Soy yogurt (vanilla) is very good. Eat whole foods, not fried fast foods. Drink lots of water. It takes a couple of weeks for probiotics to kick in, especially if you have an overgrowth of bad bacteria in your gut (...causes the farting, etc...). Your skin will also start to look better as the bacteria gets more balanced.

I would be carefull and start of slowly with probiotics .. Some people reports breakout from taking them.

I tried to take some (garpro+allicin capsules) And they broke me out. BUT, I do think it is a really important component to have a healthy gut/digestive symstem = to have clear skin ..

I just wish that I had introuced it slowly to my body .. perhaps I will try again.

Good luck :)

Any update, have you tried some?
