I'm on isotretinoin 30mg/day since 32 days..there is improvement.. Few days back I went to my derm and she gave me a cream for my scars..it has ingredients like kojic acid..wheat germ oil..aloe vera..vitamin c..cetyl alcohol..etc but since I'm using it..I noticed more dark spots on my forehead and also few tiny Whiteheads which were not there before I used it so is it possible that the cream is causing that..and can I use adapalene gel for those spots?(I have used it before so irritation won't be a problem)
