So nearly a month done. Derm upped me to 60mg a day

Noticing any change? And the ear ringing?

No, had a few more spots. Had my ears syringed today, the ringing has gone! Hope that's the end of it.

Little over a month now. Face seems to be getting more red even though it was red before.

Really had enough. Eyes hurt they are both red and my left one has a red dot in the white of the eye

hey try using eye drops, hopefully they will keep your eye moist and wet lol but yeah try eye drops 

I've tried drops they don't seem to do anything

Perhaps speak to your derm to see if you should maybe reduce the dose. I took a lower dose than I was initially prescribed and it still worked out fine.

i think you're on a very high dose..im on 30mg/day and its been 33 days..and the side effects are just dry lips and dry face nothing that a little moisturizing cant handle..you should talk to your derm About the dosage 

Hi guys it's been a while! I will be going into month 3 in 5 days. I don't know what's going on but I've got scars I never thought I had and it's making me feel awful. Not even having acne for a year and its ruined my face. So sad  

Probably not 'scars', could be PIH and if so it will fade - see if your derm can recommend a cream/lotion to help.

They look like scars exspecially on certain lights, I'm really freaked out  

Dont worry, they might not be scars. Check out with your derm and see if they actually are scars. If they are scars, dont be scared.. There is a treatment for everything in this world

Thank you I asked at my last appointment about seeing what I thought was scars and my derm said everything looks worse on this drug  

Yeah and I am not suprised. Before the good results you have to go trough the bad ones firstly. You body will eventually start to work with accutane and bring the good stuff. Be patient, this journey takes time and in some cases a lot of time.

Nono, dont worry at all! There is nothing to be worrying about. For now relax and try to leave your mind from this. As much you think about this, the worse will it get. Scars are nothing dangerous and it is treatable (You can make them dissapear). This might be a lot to you but overall it is nothing, there are people with cancer who are being treated but does it always work for those poor people? Nope, scars are nothing rash and if you do not want to live with them just carefully remove them with laser treatment or if there are other things as well

Feeling really sad today I'm scared about everything now. 

Why hon? What is disturbing your mind? Have you felt more sad than usual after starting accutane? If yes, dont be scared and if no, same answer, dont be scared. Have you had any depression struggle before accutane? And hey, it will get over! Give it it's time and results will come. It might seem like i am the happiest guy explaining to you but no, i am going trough much shit because of this acne.. it is effecting my life in long-term as well. I am just telling you the truth, with time it will fade away and you'll be happy as never before. Just bare with it, it takes time!

I know it's hard, but I hope you're feeling better. Please don't torture yourself, keeping looking to the future and love yourself.

Really feeling sad today. I think I'll be left with loads of scarring forever and then the chances of it just coming back. Feel awful.

don't be sad.. There is treatment for scars.. i myself am on accutane right now.. Almost 2 months completed and i also have lots of PIH and scars and my derm told me that the scars can be treated later on.. Right now its just important that i don't breakout.. So hang in there!.. Cheer up.. You're not alone

But I feel really sad I've only had acne a year and as an adult I just feel like it will just come back the scars make me so so sad
