So far i've been on 20mg accutane a day since jan 1st. 20yr/F
closed comadones coming to the surface, skin texture is more bumpy. some comadones becoming inflamed to the surface. act like miniature cystics.
I PICKED, skin is VERY sensitive. it is never a good idea to pick on the tane. NO MORE PICKING
trying to heal with aloe vera. skin is doing better than a few months ago, still have a few spots and scars.
in the photos I'm using yoanna's moisturizer and aloe over raw skin i picked at:(
side effects: tongue ulcers, canker sores, dry lips
was using benziclin too drying to I'm switching to using 8% mandelic topical which i think helped , gentle cleanser, spiro 25 mg.
supplements: omega 3, zinc, calcium + d, seleium just started.

increased dosage caused mouth sore back to 20 mgs daily
took sore medication previous night that may have caused big breakout. wondering if this isPyoderma Faciale
took predizone last night. also starting chinese herbs for anxiety
hair is becoming pretty dry. haven't washed in 4 days and it isn't oily.
going to stop olive leaf/oil of oregano and see if that helps.
