So today I have started round 2 of Accutane. Nervous and excited. Although I have done it before, I'm on a lot higher dose this time. Which can be worrying for ones health! I'll be doing updates when I can - feel free to ask me any questions or for pics etc.

Peace!!

Stop worrying and believe that it is going to work for you.

5th round?!?! Jesus. Surely after 4 attempts before, accutane isn't for you? I mean it can have serious health implications.

Good luck to you OswaldTheRabbit! Don't ignore your side effects - my first course fucked me up internally. But everyone's different. Not trying to deter you from it, just be careful! It truly does work wonders though!

Oh man, right there with you OP, I have an appointment with my dermatologist in two days to hopefully start my second course. Ugh disappointing BUT I've heard sometimes it takes two! I'll be about a month behind (since women have to wait 30 days.... it's just Nice to see others going through the same thing :) I'll be following your log!

Hey EmmyGirl - best of luck to you too! I shall also follow you. Are you on a higher dosage this time? You definitely have my sympathy (being a female) females never seem to get it easy! Yes it's annoying going for a second round - but worth it in my opinion.

So it's nearly been a week. Obviously no major difference so far. Still a long way to go. Trying to remain positive and just think of the outcome at the end!
