Day One:
Hi everyone! This is my first post and coincidentally my first day on accutane. I thought it would be nice to track my journey to clear skin. I have struggled with acne for around six years now and it's never been horribly cystic, but it does come and go. I may be posting pictures I am unsure at the moment.
One day down about 180 to go. I've got a nice stock pile of aquaphor for my lips and eucerin for my face. I am hoping I will be able to continue wearing my liquid foundation and cream concealer because I would really rather not attend school without makeup when my face is like this. Hopefully it'll clear up soon, I'd like to hear your guys's stories too!

I just looked at your pictures and your skin looks phenomenal, congratulations!
Here are some low quality pictures that are way too big and feature a number of derpy faces. This is my skin six days into the medication. My lips have started to become chapped and their is some skin that is beginning to flake a little. Other than that I haven't experienced any side effects. I'm on 40 mg once a day, by the way.
