I know this is a very late reply but i've only just joined, but I've literally just started my accutane course and was going to ask the same thing. I'm 3 days in and I've already noticed I get very bloated about an hour after each dose (I'm starting on 30mg/day). It does seem to subside, as it just seems to be a case of being gassy, for lack of a better phrase, but I can be a bit of a hypochondriac though. I was a bit concerned because some of the side effect labels say this is serious but others say it can be a common side effect, did your derm tell you if it was an issue in the end?
