Acutane Side Effects

Has anyone experienced being overly hot? I've been taking clarivus for 2 weeks and I'm so uncomfortably hot. I can't get cool no matter how low I put the AC down to. I'm having trouble sleeping due to night sweats. Advice greatly appreciated or at least knowing someone else has had this side effect would greatly ease my mind.

Hi TaraJoy,

I've been on accutane since February and I had night sweats as well. Cranking down the AC won't help, but I found that drinking lots and lots of water did help me a bit. I just prepared every week to have to wash my sheets, and every morning to take a shower before work.

I also stopped having night sweats after my first month!

I took accutane for 1 month and constantly felt like I was burning up. I slept naked in air conditioning with a fan... like I was having menopause!

9 months later, I still am still sun sensitive and have develped rosacea. Bleh.
