Ok so I've been on accutane for 4 months now, and around the 3 month mark I had a red rash that appeared in circle-ish area's on the backs of my knees (both legs), I was able to treat it with hydrocortisone cream and aqueous cream, and they seem to have faded, however now I am getting a similar thing on my groin/thigh area, and it's happening on both legs around the exact same place... On my right thigh I have got a completely circular red ring with pinkish inflamation in the middle (also in the middle the skin gets dry and peely), it's also slightly raised... Anyway a picture says a thousand words.
Sorry for the lighting and quality of the picture, I only had my laptop... I also apologize for those who may not particularly want to look at my groin area lol, but I tried my best to cover it up.
EDIT: I should also mention, if it helps, that I am 21, Male (obviously), and not currently sexually active, so there's no way it could be a sexual disease, last time I had sex was 3 years ago (TMI, sorry, but facts are facts, and they help )

It could be many things (e.g. dermatitis, fungus, irritation, psoriasis, etc...) I would recommend going to your dermatologist and getting it checked out to be sure because I can only guess what it is from a picture.

Could it have something to do with taking extra pills? On several occasions I have had anywhere from 60 - 140mg at once (I'm on 40mg/day), and I noticed this started happening after I had taken extra pills, also I had another initial breakout, most likely also due to taking a dosage higher than my prescribed dosage.
Does it weep or anything? It looks really dark like a pyogenic granuloma. I don't think it's a good idea for you to be upping your dose as high as you are even if its just on certain days. It's obviously causing a reaction. Call your doctor.
No it doesn't weep, and I highly doubt it's a pyogenic granuloma, when I say it's slightly raised, I mean VERY VERY slightly raised, infact it's almost flat, you can only tell that it's raised barely by running your finger over it.
