Alright, so this might seem like a weird question, but is it possible to develop an immunity to accutane? I've been on 40 mgs for a little over a month (this is my 44th day taking the pill). A little over 2 weeks into the treatment, I broke out quite a bit more than usual and assumed that was my (very mild) IB because from then on my face got super dry and I wasn't getting pimples at all. I also found that I could go without washing my hair for 5 days..which was great.

Anyways, probably midway through the first week of my second month, my hair started getting oily again, where I sometimes I would have to wash it daily. Then, I started getting more pimples, when I had previously been pretty much clear. My face is also far less dry (before my face was flaking), and my lips are too (I used to have to apply aquapor like every hour and now have to apply maybe 2x/day).

Anyways, my question is, am I developing some sort of intolerance to the drug??? It seems like everything is reversing itself Has anyone ever heard of something like this/experienced it firsthand?

Any replies would really be appreciated.
