Acne locations : Face ( few whiteheads, many pimples and red marks as well as poor skin tone)

Shoulders ( a lot of red spots looking sore, aside from spots skin is clear)

Back ( Very bad, lots of pimples no whiteheads spots are large and sometimes painful)

This is currently my third day of taking roaccutane, im 70kg and was told to take 70mg/day by my derm , however when I went to my GP and pharmacist they would only allow me to take 30mg/day , atleast when starting off.

Day 3

Noticed no improvements yet, possible side effects are a dry nose, dry lips and increased soreness from gym activity.
