Hey! You may want to go back to your derm and talk about maintenance using a retinoid since your pores should be technically still clear. Don't panic as stress can make things worse. I was on accutance twice before and remained clear for 2 years in between courses but never followed up with a retinoid. If i were to do it again, i would definitely not leave it to chance and get on maintenance therapy afterwards
