Lots of spots under skin on chest, small lumps - what are they? please help

I am wondering if anyone knows anything about these spots/lumps I have on my chest?
I have had them for a few years now and I have no idea what they are.
They are under the skin, but stick out. They feel like small lumps under the skin, they are not painful at all.

If anyone has an idea what they may be, your help would be very much appreciated.

This isn't acne, a dermatologist would likely be able to identify it

Hi Emma. I also suffer from these same types of bumps on my chest. I thought they would go away at some point but never have. Im wondering if youve had any luck with figuring out what they are?

I have these small lumps too. I consulted it to 2 dermatologist andthey said that thesearefats only. The only cure is to do laser. But it's not recommendable since its not serious / malignant. Hope this helps.
