My first post here was around this time last year. My back acne was pretty bad (at least to me).

Over the course of this year it has been improving. A lot of the red scars are gone and my back was finally looking smooth. But it's coming back

I now have 5 cystic acne type spots. They are large, and itch like crazy. I don't itch them ever. I learned the hard way last year that itching them causes them to spread and causes scaring/red marks. Tip for others with bacne ... leave them alone

I can feel more coming too. I feel itchy all the time. I wake up and feel depressed because just as it went away it starts to come back.

Is it possible the winter can cause them?
