Hey, I think it might be fungal folliculitis. I have it too on my chest but my bumps are way more inflamed and red unfortunately. I haven't found a cure yet but I suggest you go to a doctor or dermatologist to get some prescription cream or pills. You can also try to use anti dandruff shampoo on your skin as a leave on mask for about 10 minutes and then wash it off. Dandruff is caused by the same type of fungus that causes folliculitis and anti dandruff shampoo has anti fungal ingredients. I hope your rash clears up, but honestly I wouldn't worry too much because it doesn't look that bad at all:)

I saw a naturopath and took an Organic Acid Test which tests your gut flora ( bacteria and yeast balance) the naturopath said my test looked beautiful ( Im never on antibiotics) so mine cant be a yeast problem. I would recommend getting this test its a urine sample to see if yours is related to yeast or not.
