Severe Body Acne??

For the past couple of years, I've had really bad body acne (especially on my back). I'm almost 16 now and it's just been getting worse and worse. It's not only pimples and a few cysts, but there are tiny bumps ALL OVER my back and chest. If I dig my nail into one, this hard, yellow seed will come out, surrounding a small hair. The things I've researched makes me think I have keratosis pilaris or folliculitis but I have no idea.
I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week, and for the past couple of weeks, have showered right after my post-workout cardio. I wash with the Neutrogena Body Clear body wash and use a facecloth to lather it up. And for the past week or so, I've been putting this baking soda scrub on my back, chest and butt and leave it there for about 10 minutes. After that I'll either rinse it off or take an empsoms salt bath. I then apply diluted apple cider vinegar to those three main areas and once that dries, I'll sprinkle and rub in the extra strength Gold Bond powder. I've even switched my protein shake powder from whey to this vegan, plant-based protein. I try to not consume too much dairy and I never drink milk, unless it's almond or soy. I wash my sheets once a week, switch my bras every 2-3 days (and wear a clean sports bra to the gym every time). I always wash my clothes with sensitive baby detergent as well.
I just don't know what to do. I try to cover up every inch of my skin because it's just so embarassing. And I get so paranoid when I have to change for dance or gym class. I will probably be starting birth control soon and I hope it'll help. I've done tons of research but I honestly don't know what to do anymore. If you have any suggestions or what not, please let me know! I've included pictures to give you a better understanding.

Try making sage toner base on vodka
its basically fresh sage infused in vodka for 2 weeks in dark place
and then use as toner
it might help prevent excess sweating and production of oil

Maybe try wearing only whole fabrics like linen only, cotton only, or any natural whole fabrics
dont buy any mix synthetics fabric and see how it will go

It might be hormonal change
great tea combination is:
nettle and red raspberry leaves
combine and drink as a tea
you can find at high end natural stores

You have to be very careful with protein powders cause if you use them excesesfely it can cause big health problems

Ask God in Jesus for a wisdom how to treat this skin condition and he will give you if you ask him
pray everyday about this problem and very soon you'll find a solution to be healed completely

Hello,

I want you to read my post very closely and please inbox me for more discussion if you'd like.

1. Your acne does not look that bad! I promise. I know how frustrating it can be, I have had back acne for YEARS and I am into bodybuilding. The two do not mix. Anyhow, please take a deep breath. Stress will only make it worse.

2. In terms of nutrition, get all dairy, sugar and caffeine out of your diet. No exceptions. Vegan protein powder is great. I suggest a whole foods diet centered around vegetables. Green peppers, kale, onions, sweet potatoes, etc. Meat and grains should be limited.

3. I highly recommend taking cold showers after the gym, it really cools down your skin. If you can do it all the time, go for it.

4. Increase your water intake ASAP. I strive for a gallon a day. I also recommend lemon water in the morning.

5. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR BACK ACNE. EVER. NO PICKING, POPPING OR SCRATCHING.

Please let me know if the was helpful, I would love to help you clear up. I have reduced my cystic back acne by 75% with simple lifestyle and hygiene changes.

Best wishes,

JB
