I do not:

Shower in the morning, only at night
Touch back of my neck often (occassionaly)
Eat very healthy

I do:

Change pillowcase weekly
Wash with gentle cleanser
Sleep 6-8 hours a day

WHat could be the cause of this?? It keeps getting worse!!

That's folliculitis. You have infected skin. Start to wash the skin with antibacterial soap on a daily basis and change your pillowcases more frequently.
